How it works
Apply first. If approved, you receive a partner ID and written pilot terms to sign. Then register permission-based introductions with a genuine project, equipment need and buying timeframe. We check partner approval, existing opportunities and sub-dealer relationships before confirming referral acceptance in writing. An application, form submission or website click does not earn commission.
Pilot commission structure
Standard: 2%. Active: 3% after 3 completed eligible sales. Strategic: 4% after 10 completed eligible sales. Promotions require margin review and written approval. Higher rates apply to newly accepted referrals after promotion approval, with no retrospective increase.
Protecting existing sub-dealers
Dealer-owned prospects and existing active LiDAR Tech UK Ltd opportunities are excluded unless LiDAR Tech UK Ltd and the affected dealer agree a documented arrangement. Disclose any existing supplier or dealer involvement. This is a referral programme: it does not grant reseller status, dealer resource access, territory rights, discounts or authority to quote for LiDAR Tech UK Ltd.
Pilot terms at a glance
Participation requires written approval and signed partner terms. Before accepting each referral, LiDAR Tech UK Ltd confirms eligible products, the commission rate and the margin decision in writing. No eligible referral is accepted before that review. The first qualifying, accepted introduction receives attribution; duplicate or disputed introductions are held for review. Self-referrals and undisclosed conflicts are not eligible. Partners must have any employer or client approval needed and disclose their referral interest where relevant.
Accepted leads are protected for 90 days from written acceptance. Extensions for active sales cycles must be agreed in writing. Leads accepted during the pilot retain their agreed protection period after 30 January 2027; a sale must complete within that period or an agreed extension. New referrals after the pilot need renewed written approval.
Commission is calculated on eligible product revenue actually received after discounts and credits, excluding VAT, delivery, refunds, finance charges, services, software, training and used/ex-demo items unless expressly approved. Split orders for one buying decision count as one sale towards tier thresholds. Repeat purchases require separate registration and acceptance.
A completed eligible sale must be accepted, fulfilled, fully paid and clear of its applicable return/cancellation period. Monthly reconciliation is followed by payment within 30 days of commission approval and receipt of a valid invoice. Refunds and cancellations reduce or reverse commission; any recovery or offset is recorded and handled under the signed terms. Payments and promotions are reviewed by staff.
LiDAR Tech UK may pause or close participation for misuse or conflicts. The treatment of existing accepted referrals follows the signed terms; changes are recorded in writing. The signed partner agreement and written referral acceptance govern individual eligibility.

Register a qualified introduction
For approved partners only. Use your issued partner ID and approved email. Provide prospect contact details, project/use case, product interest, budget if known, timeframe, location, existing dealer involvement, and when and how introduction permission was given. Enter “unknown” where appropriate and “none” if there is no known dealer involvement.
Registration remains pending until staff verify your identity and approval, permission evidence, duplicate opportunities and dealer ownership. Knowing a partner ID does not grant approval. We will confirm acceptance or rejection in writing. Do not promise pricing, exclusivity, lead protection or commission before acceptance.
