1. About Us
LiDAR Tech UK Ltd supplies professional LiDAR scanners, GNSS equipment, robotic mowers and related products throughout the United Kingdom.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- A pricing error has occurred.
- A product is unavailable.
- We suspect fraudulent activity.
- We are unable to fulfil the order.
An order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
3. Prices
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges, which will be added during checkout where applicable.
We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
4. Payment
Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched unless alternative credit terms have been agreed in writing.
5. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership remains with LiDAR Tech UK Ltd until payment has been received in full.
Customers should inspect goods on arrival and notify us promptly of any shortages or damage.

7. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, manufacturers may change specifications without prior notice.

8. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable.
Warranty claims may be handled directly by the manufacturer or through LiDAR Tech UK Ltd, depending on the product.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification or normal wear and tear.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiDAR Tech UK Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business interruption or loss of data arising from the use of our products or website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
